This includes talking to key stakeholders, reviewing existing documentation and identifying problem areas. Based on this, I tailor my services to your individual needs. Alternatively you can just choose one of my ready made products and DIY it!

What qualifications and experience do you have in HR?

I have over twelve years of people management experience and ran a successful consulting firm for many years with high sales, holding certifications in Law, CIPD 5 & 7. I have worked with a variety of business owners, leaders, start-ups and entrepreneurs, across different industries, helping them achieve their goals through better use of their people resources. All products appearing on the website have been provided by regulatory bodies and checked by solicitors.

How do you charge for your services, and what can I expect in terms of pricing?

My pricing is based on the scope of work and the amount of time required. My complete build & set up package is around 15,000 but has affordable payment plan options. How quickly can you start working with our business?

My schedule varies week to week and depending on the scope of your project, I have some services available immediately and others within a few hours! Can you help ensure our business is compliant with labor laws and regulations?

Absolutely. One of my key services is ensuring that your business complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations in your area. I work worldwide as a remote Fractional HRBP and have supported clients in Europe, Australia, the USA, South Africa, Colombia, the UK & the Philippines. If your country is not listed get in touch, I am still able to look into the requirements for you and have access to HR specific databases and regulatory codes. This includes updating HR policies, conducting compliance audits, and providing training to your management team.

How do you ensure the confidentiality of our business and employee information?

Confidentiality is paramount in my work. I adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and data protection protocols to ensure that all business and employee information is securely managed and protected. I would be more than happy to show you copies of these prior to engagement. I have also worked with VIPs and faceless content creators as well as those in the adult industry whose identities must remain protected at all costs.

I mainly work with six-figure businesses who have reached a point where they are ready to organise their people processes. I have some affordable options, like self-study courses and my top product, HR In A Box. These are perfect for those who aren’t ready yet but want to get there quickly. This includes business owners, leaders, start-ups, and entrepreneurs across many industries. I also help line managers learn how to get more from their teams.

I can improve your recruitment process. I will implement sourcing strategies, streamline interviews, boost employer branding, and create onboarding programs. These steps will help new hires succeed.

The exact results depend on your business needs and challenges. Yet, the greatest reward is knowing my clients can finally sleep well.
